Minority Report reality: London Police test Precrime software

Chris Burns - Oct 30, 2014,

A 20-week study in London just completed this week utilized predictive software to spot potential gang-related crimes before they happen. Using software developed by Accenture, this project targeted individuals across all known gangs in each of London’s 32 boroughs. “Our goal,” said James Slessor, Managing Director of Accenture’s policing and public safety business, “was to provide MPS with an unprecedented level of insight and intelligence to help them continue to reduce gang-related crimes in the city.” With analytics information in hand, the London Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) was able to assess the likelihood of known individuals re-offending.

This system is delivered through Accenture Analytics, this part of Accenture Digital, and made use of data from various crime reporting and criminal intelligence systems used by the MPS. This data was analyzed and used to predict future crime. Risk scores were generated for known previously-offending individuals for committing violent crimes in the future.

Speaking with the BBC on the program, Accenture head of public safety analytics Muz Janoowalla suggested that “You’ve got limited police resources and you need to target them efficiently.”

Sarah Samee, a spokeswoman for the Met’s Trident Gang Crime Command spoke up on the subject as well.

“It’s previous offending and various different sources that are used for intelligence, in terms of who they are involved with and who they associate with,” said Samee. “For example if an individual had posted inflammatory material on the internet and it was known about to the Met – one gang might say something about another gang member’s partner or something like that – it would be recorded in the Met’s intelligence system.”

Accenture has worked on similar programs with police units in Singapore and Spain. Analytics tools used to identify potential hotspots in known offending groups.

So while this is a bit of a radical move by the Metropolitan Police Service in London, it’s not exactly Precrime as Philip K Dick suggested it would be. This is not Minority Report, it’s only really a bunch of analytics applied intelligently.

2009:Barack Hussein Obama Says He's One of Them,A Muslim

Posted on October 27, 2019 at 5:10 PM Comments comments (10)

While visiting Turkey this week, President Barack Hussain Obama, the multicultural Superman for the globalised world, proclaimed: "The United States has been enriched by Muslim Americans," despite a recent ABC/Washington Post poll showing 48% of Americans hold an unfavourable opinion of Islam, the highest unfavourablity rating since 2001.

With his inaugural world tour, President Obama's rhetoric hopes to repair and rebuild diplomatic bridges with Muslim countries recklessly abandoned by George Bush's aggressive, Yosemite Sam foreign policy – one which resulted in heightened animosity, mutual mistrust, and civilian causalities written off as collateral damage. However, perhaps the frayed relationship with Muslim citizens at home in the US should also be considered.

After avoiding Muslim American organizations, mosques and high profile leaders like the plague during his campaign, Obama now embraces them under his United Colours of Benetton tent by stating: "Many other Americans have Muslims in their family, or have lived in a Muslim-majority country. I know, because I am one of them."

India’s Digi Yatra biometric flight boarding set to launch

Feb 22, 2019 | Chris Burt

Air travel passengers in India are about to be able to board flights using facial recognition instead of physical documents as the Digi Yatra initiative is ready to go live at the end of February in select airports, according to The Hindu Business Online.

SITA is in talks to provide its Smart Path biometric technology for Digi Yatra to several airlines and airports in India, the Business Online reports. Smart Path integrates with government systems and databases for passenger authentication, making it appropriate for linking Digi Yatra to Aadhaar, and both Orlando and Miami airports have plans to extend Smart Path to other airlines in the near future, according to SITA’s Vice President for the Indian Subcontinent, Eastern and Southern Africa, Maneesh Jaikrishna.

“Leveraging India’s national Aadhaar biometric identity system with our proven common-use and Smart Path technology, SITA will be able to deliver a seamless biometric experience across all airlines and airports,” Jaikrishna says.

Digi Yatra, which was previously expected to launch in April of this year, will be available at Bengaluru ad Hyderabad airports, while the government-run Varanasi, Pune, Kolkata and Vijayawada airports have previously been reported to be among those participating in the initial roll-out.

The Airports Authority of India recently announced plans to deploy biometric kiosks to busy areas to make Digi Yatra enrollment and identity verification convenient for travelers.

DNC phishing hack was actually a false alarm

DNC phishing hack was actually a false alarm

Someone set up a fake login page for the Democratic National Committee's voter database.

AUGUST 23, 2018

The hacking attempt relied on a bogus login page for VoteBuilder, which hosts the DNC's voter database.

It must have been a bad sense of deja vu for the Democratic National Committee.

A scheme discovered and shut down Tuesday involved someone who seemed to be trying to steal usernames and passwords of Democratic Party officials by way of a fake login page for VoteBuilder, the service that hosts the DNC's voter database.

That was a disturbing echo of an incident during the 2016 US presidential election. At that time, Russian hackers infiltrated the DNC using a similar "spear phishing" method, according to indictments filed in July against 12 Russian agents. And cyberattacks against US electoral systems have only ramped up since. On Monday, for instance, Microsoft said it foiled similar phishing schemes targeting conservative groups.

Tech companies, along with US agencies like the Department of Homeland Security, have increased efforts to protect elections against cyberattacks, which are now coming from nations like China and Iran as well, US National Security Adviser John Bolton said Sunday.

But the trickery uncovered Tuesday seems to have been more benign.

The DNC said late Wednesday that the phishing site was an unauthorized simulation.

"We, along with the partners who reported the site, now believe it was built by a third party as part of a simulated phishing test on VoteBuilder," said Bob Lord, the DNC's chief security officer, in a statement. "The test, which mimicked several attributes of actual attacks on the Democratic party's voter file, was not authorized by the DNC, VoteBuilder nor any of our vendors."

The committee said that the unnamed third party took precautions to ensure that sensitive data was not compromised.

"While we are extremely relieved that this wasn't an attempted intrusion by a foreign adversary, this incident is further proof that we need to continue to be vigilant in light of potential attacks," Lord said.

The DNC learned about the phishing site Tuesday morning, after security researchers from Lookout, a mobile cybersecurity company, alerted the organization.

Lookout's "Phishing AI," artificial intelligence that automatically picks up on such attack campaigns, discovered the attempt and reported it to DigitalOcean, a cloud provider. The spoof page was almost impossible to distinguish from the original and was taken down within hours, Lookout said in a statement.

"We see no evidence that any sensitive data was stolen, and our initial investigation indicates that we were able to address this threat prior to the attack being launched," DigitalOcean's chief security officer, Josh Feinblum, said in a statement at the time. "We are continuing to partner with the DNC and appropriate law enforcement agencies on this issue."

The DNC contacted the FBI after learning about the hacking attempt. The FBI declined to comment. NGP VAN, the organization that owns VoteBuilder, didn't respond to a request for comment.

CNN reported the attempted hack earlier Wednesday.

Immigrants Say Fear of Separation Means They Won't Cross Border

Posted on June 26, 2018 at 12:30 AM Comments comments (50)

The value of deterring illegal immigrants from trying to attempt a dangerous journey into the United States doesn’t seem to be that high for liberals. That’s true even when those immigrants are bringing young children along on a journey often facilitated by human traffickers.

Instead, the only thing that we discuss are the psychological “scars” suffered by children who are apprehended at the border and separated from their parents, even as the Trump administration tries to fix the problem.

Never mind the potential physical and psychological scars inflicted by a horrifying journey — that won’t score political points toward the reinstatement of a catch-and-release policy for illegal aliens. In short, deterrence not only isn’t a factor for liberals, it shouldn’t even be discussed.

This is problematic, if only because deterrence actually works.

In fact, it’s the most effective way to ensure that children aren’t separated from their parents or suffer emotional pain from a harsh journey that takes them away from home and often puts them in unspeakable danger.

But don’t take my word for it. Take the words of potential migrants who have been considering trying to enter the United States illegally.

This report from Fox News shows what many of them are thinking about the Trump administration’s “zero-tolerance” policy regarding those caught crossing the southern border.

“See, I have two kids,” one woman told a reporter speaking through an intepreter. “They’ll take them away and send them to a shelter. If it comes to a choice where I have to choose between my kids and crossing, I’ll keep my kids.”

Now, separating families likely shouldn’t be a goal of either the Trump administration or of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. However, the point is that it has had a deterrent effect.

Besides this mother’s admission, which is a telling statement of just how effective strict border enforcement can be, there are several interesting things to note about the video, particularly since it takes place in the port of entry in Tijuana.

One of the gentlemen being interviewed is from Cameroon, and he says he’s seeking asylum because someone wanted to kill him back in his home country.

“I don’t believe the United States will allow someone to kill me,” he can be heard saying.

No, and Mexico likely wouldn’t either, at least when it comes to the individual he’s claiming “credible fear” of. This is the point of asylum under international law: To escape a situation where one has a credible fear for one’s life and into another country where that credible fear doesn’t exist.

Asylum isn’t supposed to involve venue-shopping. When you leave your country due to those aforementioned circumstances, the point is to find the first country you can enter where those circumstances don’t exist.

Cameroonian ne’er-do-wells are unlikely to be able to track this gentleman to Mexico — or, on the off chance they would be able to, they wouldn’t have any less trouble finding him there than finding him in the United States.

The same thing can be said for the current influx of asylum-seekers from Central America. If you feel yourself under threat in El Salvador or Guatemala, that threat isn’t likely to follow you into Mexico.

The fact that they’re still willing to make the trek much farther north indicates this isn’t about a credible fear, but more about a credible belief that getting into the United States, however they do it, isn’t a particularly difficult task.

As the interviews with this women showed, that impression appears to be changing. Negative consequences really can discourage unwanted behavior.

And that’s not a bad thing.

Caged migrant children’ go viral… until picture turns out taken under Obama, not Trump

Published time: 29 May, 2018 01:12

Edited time: 29 May, 2018 06:40

Journalists, Obama’s former speechwriter and other public figures all quietly deleted their misplaced horror at images of caged migrant children in the US when they found out the picture was taken under President Obama.

CNN journalist Hadas Gold, NYT Magazine editor-in-chief Jake Silverstein, Obama’s speechwriter Jon Favreau, Women’s March co-founder Linda Sarsour and former LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa were all caught out by a seemingly new article that featured an image of two migrant children sleeping in a cage at an ICE detention facility.

The group, along with several others too excited to tweet their dismay to check the article’s publication date, told their ‘followers’ to look at the “disturbing” images and the immigration policy that put them there. The only problem? It was under President Obama’s watch, not Trump’s.

“This is happening right now, and the only debate that matters is how we force our government to get these kids back to their families as fast as humanly possible," Favreau wrote in screenshots captured by Caleb Hull, senior editor of The IJR.

"Speechless. This is not who we are as a nation," wrote former Mayor Villaraigosa.

Favreau and the rest all quietly deleted the tweets when they learned of their blunder. Gold and Silverstein acknowledged their mistake, with the latter blaming his family and the former pretending she knew it to be old footage.

The photo was actually part of a story, published in 2014 by The Arizona Republic, about migrant children who enter the country illegally. The children, once apprehended by US Customs and Border Protection, were shipped to Nogales from overwhelmed processing facilities in Texas.

Viral Photo of Caged Children Actually from Obama Era, Nothing To Do with Trump

By Jack Davis

Activists attacked the Trump administration Sunday for its treatment of children who were detained at the border, based upon a picture that showed children sleeping in a cage.

There was only one flaw in the tweets that called the treatment “inhumane” and laid it at the door of President Donald Trump.

The image was from an Arizona newspaper report from 2014, during the second term of former President Barack Obama, The Daily Caller reported.

Former Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau began the avalanche of tweets with a since-deleted comment.

“This is happening right now, and the only debate that matters is how we force our government to get these kids back to their families as fast as humanly possible,” Favreau wrote. He added a link to the image, which was part of an Arizona Republic photo gallery from 2014.

A series of tweets followed as many used the outdated image and applied it as though it was current.

“Children of immigrants are being held in cages, like dogs, at ICE detention centers, sleeping on the floor. It’s an abomination,” Shaun King tweeted.

Context for the picture was provided by Fox News, which noted that the picture was taken at a time when immigration officials had detained more than 1,000 children who illegally crossed America’s Southern Border.

Controversy over the image reflects the debate over immigration policy that separates children from their parents.

Trump has called for changing that policy as part of broad-based immigration policy reform.

Even after the true origin of the picture was revealed, few of those who tweeted it clarified that the picture was from Obama’s days in the White House.

One who did was Jake Silverstein, editor in chief of the New York Times Magazine.

“Correction: this link, which was going around this morning, is from 2014. Still disturbing, of course, but only indirectly related to current situation. My bad (and a good reminder not to RT things while distracted w family on the weekend),” he tweeted.

Obama Pushes Geoengineering with Executive Order

Posted on June 20, 2018 at 4:05 PM Comments comments (52)

One topic that I feel is often over-looked in the U.S. today is the Executive Orders that President Obama has signed into law. I would like to take a little time and look at just one of the one hundred and eighty eight executive orders Obama has signed into existence.

On October 5, 2009, Obama signed (EO) 13514. The EO addresses the US government’s response to preparing “the Nation for the impacts of climate change.”

This includes prolonged periods of:

Excessively high temperatures

Heavy downpours

Increased wildfires

Severe drought

Permafrost thawing

Ocean acidification

Sea-level rise

During such times, the government will collaborate with “affected communities, natural resources, ecosystems, economies, and public health across the Nation.”

This EO broadens the power of the Federal Government in the name of Climate Control.

Days after warning, “I’ve got a pen and … a phone and if Congress won’t do its job, I’ll do mine,” Obama met with his national security team to green-light a new climate change project. “Call me the Rainmaker,” he told the group assembled.

A heavily redacted copy of a classified report titled “America Cools Down on Climate” (ACDC) and obtained by TheGreenGrok outlines the audacious plan to use commercial air traffic to mitigate the growing impacts of climate change across the United States.

The plan falls under the category of what is known as Geoengineering: the attempt by humans to slow, stop, or even reverse global warming by manipulating the environment instead of slowing the production of greenhouse gas emissions themselves.

Geoengineering examples include injecting particles into the stratosphere to reflect sunlight back into space and dumping iron into the ocean to enhance the uptake of atmospheric carbon dioxide by oceanic phytoplankton. The ACDC plan, code-named “Rainmaker,” is considered by experts to be groundbreaking not only because it did not require the construction of a vast industrial infrastructure; it also helped keep flights on time. This can be done either by mixing nano-sized particles of metals such as Aluminum and Barium into commercial jet airline’s fuel or directly spraying from military and private contractor’s aircraft. There is a patent for this process.

Could these metals and others be the cause for the recent outbreaks of strange respiratory illness’s sweeping the country? With these clouds of nano-sized particles falling down onto the soil, water, plants, animals and humans, what type of health and environmental effects could Geoengineering have on the planet and it’s inhabitants? The following are Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for the metals in question.

Aluminum (AL): Potential Acute Health Effects:

Slightly hazardous in case of skin contact (irritant). Non-irritating to the eyes. Non-hazardous in case of ingestion.

Potential Chronic Health Effects:

CARCINOGENIC EFFECTS: Not available. MUTAGENIC EFFECTS: Not available. TERATOGENIC EFFECTS: Not available. DEVELOPMENTAL TOXICITY: Not available. The substance is toxic to lungs. Repeated or prolonged exposure to the substance can produce target organs damage. Repeated exposure to a highly toxic material may produce general deterioration of health by an accumulation in one or many human organs.

Barium (Ba): Effects of Exposure:

To the best of our knowledge the chemical, physical, and toxicological properties of barium have not been thoroughly investigated and recorded.

Barium compounds may cause severe gastroenteritis, including abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea, tremors, faintness, paralysis of the arms and legs, and slow or irregular heartbeat. Severe cases may produce collapse and death due to respiratory failure. Soluble barium compounds are more likely to cause these effects than insoluble compounds. Inhalation of fumes may cause sore throat, coughing, labored breathing, and irritation of the respiratory tract as well as the above symptoms.

Acute Effects:

Inhalation: May cause severe irritation to the nose, throat, and upper respiratory tract.

Could Geoengineering be the cause of the extreme weather we have seen in the recent years? If Obama is the “rainmaker” as he coined himself, why not make some rain in drought stricken California and Texas? Could this engineering be used to create disasters that the Federal Government could use to abuse EO #13514? Also, could this aerosol assault on the planet and people be creating sickness and chronic bad health? If so why? Ask yourself who is to gain from this? Could it be Monsanto with the creation of GMO seeds that can grow in ground poisoned by aluminum? How about big pharma and health care? I feel there are way too many questions left unanswered and there needs to be more independent research done on this matter as soon as possible.

FEMA CONCENTRATION CAMPS: Locations and Executive Orders

FEMA CONCENTRATION CAMPS: Locations and Executive Orders

There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and

ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by

full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by

FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be

implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential

signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a

warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really

want to be on Ashcroft's list.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass

exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be

quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84

allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will

be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose.

Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the

program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the

federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state

and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders

already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework

for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from

the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of

the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the

largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The

Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold

approximately 2 million people.

Now let's review the justification for any actions taken...

Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution

and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for

There are many other locations not listed above that are worthy of

consideration as a possible detention camp site, but due to space

limitations and the time needed to verify, could not be included here.

Virtually all military reservations, posts, bases, stations, & depots can

be considered highly suspect (because it is "federal" land). Also fitting

this category are "Regional Airports" and "International Airports" which

also fall under federal jurisdiction and have limited-access areas. Mental

hospitals, closed hospitals & nursing homes, closed military bases,

wildlife refuges, state prisons, toxic waste dumps, hotels and other areas

all have varying degrees of potential for being a detention camp area. The

likelihood of a site being suspect increases with transportation access to

the site, including airports/airstrips, railheads, navigable waterways &

ports, interstate and US highways. Some facilities are "disguised" as

industrial or commercial properties, camouflaged or even wholly contained

inside large buildings (Indianapolis) or factories. Many inner-city

buildings left vacant during the de-industrialization of America have been

quietly acquired and held, sometimes retrofitted for their new uses.

Our Canadian friends tell us that virtually all Canadian military bases,

especially those north of the 50th Parallel, are all set up with

concentration camps. Not even half of these can be listed, but here are a

few sites with the massive land space to handle any population:

Suffield CFB - just north of Medicine Hat, less than 60 miles from the USA.

Primrose Lake Air Range - 70 miles northeast of Edmonton.

Wainwright CFB - halfway between Medicine Hat and Primrose Lake.

Ft. Nelson - Northernmost point on the BC Railway line.

Ft. McPherson - Very cold territory ~ NW Territories. Ft. Providence -

Located on Great Slave Lake. Halifax - Nova Scotia. Dept. of National

Defense reserve.... And others.

Guayanabo, Puerto Rico - Federal prison camp facility. Capacity unknown.

Guantanamo Bay, Cuba - US Marine Corps Base - Presently home to 30,000

Mariel Cubans and 40,000 Albanians. Total capacity unknown.

This is Why CNN Hates Infowars/Poppen Report Show

Posted on March 6, 2018 at 5:55 PM Comments comments (18)

I have been around for 20 years doing my show Poppen Report, and have never seen such great journalism from independent media sites like Infowars or Breitbart, and CNN is dead last and dead wrong alway now reporting bad image or narrative to please the top 1%.

They should have focused on pleasing the "majority audience" not trying to divide the American independent thinker into becoming sheep or slaves to the system called Establishment.

I have never been prouder over the years to be called a Infowarrior and vetted so many times by CNN in past, they now regret losing my journalism on their platform as I prefer telling nothing bu the truth, whole truth,so help me god and protected by god.

Their audience is literally dying

Paul Joseph Watson | - March 6, 2018

One of the primary reasons why CNN is attempting to sabotage Infowars by having YouTube shut down our channels is because we are attracting an increasingly younger audience, while CNN’s is literally dying.

According to Nielsen Live, in 2017, the average CNN viewer was aged 60-years-old. This appears to be creeping up since the last time the figures were run, the average was 59-years-old.

Compare this to the average age of viewers to my YouTube channel.

CNN's average primetime viewer is 59 years old.

Compare this to my demographics, where the biggest groups are 18-24 and 25-34.

This is why they are so obsessed with bringing us down.

I've nothing against the elderly, but CNN's audience is literally dying.

By far the biggest demographic is 18-24-year-olds and 25-34-year-olds.

While my audience appears to be getting younger and younger, CNN’s audience is literally dying.

This is also backed up by my own anecdotal experience. Every day, I receive glowing messages of support from people in their teens and early 20’s telling me how I changed their minds and that they are now conservatives or libertarians.

Virtually everyone who recognizes me on the street is also in these same age brackets.

Studies show that Generation Z, people born after 1995, are also likely to be more conservative than any generation since World War II.

According to Forbes, “Gen Z is more individualistic, more conservative both socially and fiscally, and they’re already making waves of impact on our political system.”

Last year, when I quipped that “conservatism is the new counter-culture,” the media defensively reacted with a volley of articles asserting that I was wrong.

But when dominant cultural institutions, the academic establishment, Silicon Valley and the legacy media all lean increasingly far left, how could conservatism not be the counter-culture?

You can’t be the dominant culture and the counter-culture. This is also reflected in messages I receive from teens in school who tell me that being a conservatism is a new form of rebellion that more and more young people are adopting as an identity.

Meanwhile, CNN’s ratings are crumbling.

CNN does not have a single show in the top 20 news shows.

Eric Trump

Congratulations @FoxNews: Fox has 15 of the top 20 shows with @SeanHannity and @TuckerCarlson leading the pack at 1st and 2nd respectively. CNN has become totally irrelevant, down 19% from last year with only 1 show in the Top 25 (#24th)

Figures released last week show CNN has lost 19% of its total day audience and 16% of its primetime audience. Despite its widespread reach across airports, bars and hotel rooms, CNN returned an average audience of 979,000 total viewers, half that of MSNBC and way behind Fox News, which boasts and average viewing audience of 2.766 million viewers.

After enjoying a brief spurt thanks to the backlash to Trump’s election, CNN has now returned to its natural state of malaise and decline.

Given this, maybe CNN should concentrate on improving their dreadful ratings instead of trying to sabotage other news networks.

CNN is a global news organization with endless corporate funding and establishment-backing. They dwarf Infowars. But the fact that on some levels, despite having a vastly inferior budget and staff, we are beating them and demolishing their narrative, drives them completely insane.
