That if any online platform violates the protected free speech,expression,freedom of press that Presidents/Founders of their companies and websites geared as public platform that are attacked by one or more of your interns,employees,top staff,etc. can be sued til the end of time until all content,voices,audio,visual,text,and other forms of content are restored to users account and their accounts are not disparingly manipulated to show lesser view counts on video sharing or related social media platforms.

As it's protected under The First Amendment of the United States Constitution protects the right to freedom of religion and freedom of expression from government interference. It prohibits any laws that establish a national religion, impede the free exercise of religion, abridge the freedom of speech, infringe upon the freedom of the press, interfere with the right to peaceably assemble, or prohibit citizens from petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. It was adopted into the Bill of Rights in 1791. The Supreme Court interprets the extent of the protection afforded to these rights. The First Amendment has been interpreted by the Court as applying to the entire federal government even though it is only expressly applicable to Congress. Furthermore, the Court has interpreted the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment as protecting the rights in the First Amendment from interference by state governments. 

The most basic component of freedom of expression is the right of freedom of speech. The right to freedom of speech allows individuals to express themselves without government interference or regulation. The Supreme Court requires the government to provide substantial justification for the interference with the right of free speech where it attempts to regulate the content of the speech. Generally, a person cannot be held liable, either criminally or civilly for anything written or spoken about a person or topic, so long as it is truthful or based on an honest opinion, and such statements.


If any member of Silicon Valley,in their companies providing services to public wishes to proceed acting like they censor any content or voice from their social media platforms,as it infringes upon their protected freedoms as U.S.Citizen every month or year you will get a lawsuit until the end of time or you feel you shall respect the laws and boundaries that protect the citizens free speech,free press,expression,etc. and they won't face any backlash for being a living being inside USA borders enacting their rights,or freedoms online or offline to later on share content with the world.

Respect the Constitution,and abide by the laws even if you disagree and don't act like your above the laws of Constitution and no future lawsuits will be engaged as myself a citizen,journalist,who was granted at birth these protections by our Founding Fathers where they were involved with U.S. Constitution,Declaration of Independence,and Bill of Rights for all men,women,or children from all backgrounds and languages to freely engage online with creation of Internet in 90's within any and all social media platforms.
